Introduction

This confidential report is designed for use by appropriately qualified individuals. The presentation ofinformation is compact and the language of the report is technical. The report is not intended to beused directly for client feedback, but only for professional review.

This report is based on responses to the PsychEval Personality Questionnaire, which consists of bothnormal personality scales and pathology-oriented scales. The report's narrative interprets the normalpersonality scales in light of issues relevant for counselors and clinicians. However, normal personalityscales should not be used to diagnose psychopathology.

Furthermore, in keeping with best practice, the pathology-oriented sections of this reportshould not be used as the sole basis for diagnosing psychopathology or making therapeuticrecommendations. This report is intended to be used in conjunction with professionaljudgment; it is not designed to be shared with the test taker. The statements it containsshould be viewed as hypotheses to be validated against other sources of data. Allinformation in this report should be treated confidentially and responsibly.

Normal Personality Interpretation

Response Style IndicesMr. Tarnowski's score on the Impression Management scale is within the average range. Thus, hisresponses don't appear to either greatly exaggerate or deny socially desirable attributes. Mr.Tarnowski's score on the Infrequency Index is relatively high. This means that he chose some answersthat are infrequently chosen by most people. Mr. Tarnowski's answers may accurately reflect him, orthis response pattern may suggest inattention to the content of the items. The test user may wish toevaluate issues of response style and their impact on the accuracy of this profile.
