• Designed the 1st Early Production Riser (EPR) system – (US Patents authored by Profundo staff)

• Collaborated on well design and down hole completion system

• Completed Flow Assurance Study and Materials Verification

• Supervision on rig of completions, and commissioning

• Similar systems now installed on 10+ vessels operating off the coast of Brazil and Gulf of Mexico.

Peroa Cangoa - ProjectModeling analyses resulted in following developments

• Identified optimal well configuration to reduce corrosion rates

• Determined locations to alloy up sections of pipelines

• Modified the sizing of the onshore slug catchers

• Developed lab test parameters to qualify corrosion inhibitors i.e. pressures, temperature, stresses etc

• Determined frequency of pigging and batch corrosion inhibitor treatment
