PB ECP Supports 2 Payment File Formats:

1.Excel

Companies without Accounting/Payroll Software Less than 200 transactions per month* Template provided by PBB

2.Text (Fixed Length)

Companies with existing Accounting/Payroll Software e.g. HR2000, SQL, UBS, MYOB etc. More than 200 transaction per month* File Specification provided by PBB *recommendation only

278894 Authorizers are required to use SecureSign Token to approve ECP Payment File. The SecureSign Token is an independent portable keypad device with long battery life of between 4 to 5 years.

Authorizer needs to key in the 2 data sets (red color font) displayed in Approval Screen into the Token to generate the SecureSign Code.
