MEASURES UNDER THE E-PROCUREMENT PROGRAMME
• Develop an e-procurement technical platform under the requirements of the Concept of Establishment of e-Government in the Republic of Tajikistan compatible and integrated with the e-government elements of other ministries and agencies
• Transform the current website of the Agency for Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan into a State Single Public Procurement Portal of the Republic of Tajikistan
• Organize interaction with line ministries and agencies, local executive authorities
• Ensure timely development and submission of Annual Procurement Plans on the basis of forecasts of procuring entity’s expenditures
• Provide special staff training to procurement specialists from government organizations and agencies and to private sector representatives
• Develop material and technical base and staff capacity of the authorized public procurement body
