Thank you for being such a generous Friend to your Library! To start with, you made sure that the Capitola and Felton Libraries were built as planned even with spiraling construction costs.

Your generosity did not end there. You gave:• Over $62,000 for library collections! It's another record year and includes gifts

to your library's environmental collection, mystery collection and special needs collection.

• An abundance of Summer Reading Programs. Your donation provided 24 additional programs for kids and adults last summer.

• An additional $4,000 for STEAM programming. That includes replacing the aging Legos in many of your library's robotic and coding programs. Neighborhood children and teens are ever so GRATEFUL!

• Nearly $2,000 for producing art workshops and programs for kids and adults.• And many author talks, 12 Munching with Mozart concerts, and supplies to Tales

Munching With Mozart —MunchMo for short—is organized by the Santa Cruz County Branch of the Music Teachers’ Association of California. Its first free concert was August 31, 2007. And, because of music lovers like you, there has been a concert every single month since then.

The secret of the program’s longevity is that it was conceived as a community-based project that would be easy for everyone. You and the Music Teachers’ Association work together, sharing the costs and the work.
