PUBLISHING – CONFERENCESCOURSES – WEB – DEMAND GENERATION

Soiel International was born on 1980 with the periodic magazine Office Automation, one of the first technical-specialized magazines about the newborn Information & Communication Technology scenario. The publishing offer expands with Officelayout, the magazine about planning, furnishing and managing the office space; with the magazine Executive.IT, bimonthly publishing addressed to the corporate top management and realized with the collaboration of Gartner, one of the main companies on a global scale into the ICT consulting; and the tabloid [email protected], that concerns the application of new technologies in the Central and Local Public Administration.

In 1993 the Event Department was born, which is active in Seminars, Conferences and Exhibitions organization. One of its strong points is the possibility to rely on competent ‘editorial staff’ that is capable of funneling a ‘technological’ message into a ‘didactic’ theme, as well as on the strong promotional impulse given by the magazines’ copious readers. The conference activity successfully grows and enriches the database of magazines readers, significantly contributing to the creation of a constant dialogue between Soiel International and the readers and the conferences participants.

In 2000, in order to answer to the growing educational needs, the Course activity was born from the partnership with consulting companies and experts of different fields. Later, this activity starts looking towards the new online communication formulas, publishing contents ‘on the web’.

With more than twenty years of experience in the IT specialized conference world, Soiel International is an ideal partner for the realization of corporate events. Soiel International coordinates suppliers and manages the different activities aimed at the good outcome of the event, through pre-conference administration tasks (location and service choice, realization of the graphic layout of the invitation, promotion activity, gathering of the adhesions, etc.), conference administration tasks (on site assistance during the event), and post conference administration tasks, through constant subscriptions’ monitoring, recall activity checking and through giving periodic reports to the client and managing all the event’s stages.

The synergies, born thanks to the collaboration between the Event Department (that monitors the logistic, administrational, client-support and promotional organization), the Graphic Department (involved in the design and realization of personalized messages and graphic arts) and the magazines’ Editorial Offices (that contributes, on the one hand, to the development and description, with a journalistic style, of the proposed contents with technical and market knowledge, and, on the other hand, to the moderation of discussions or to the enrichment of the conferences programs) offer a complete and personalized support for the realization of events, workshops, round tables and webinars.

In addition to the ad hoc activities carried out for the clients (also in the roadshow formula), Soiel International has been organizing Multi-client conferences for several years, where speeches and contents by sponsor companies, field specialists, consultants, academics and end users are gathered around a trend topic of the IT. An exhibition area is organized in a room adjoining the conference hall, where refreshments are served and where visitors and expo companies can meet. The events provide for modular attendance formula with investments that are variable for the single event according to the type of attendance.

Multi-client events by Soiel International differentiate themselves from a typical exhibition because they are business events dedicated to opera-tors of the field and to end users of medium-sized and large companies, where the exhibition area is a meeting and comparative point between supply and demand that gives birth to future examinations. This is also in accordance to the interest born from the speeches enriching the cultural program of the single event.

Thanks to Soiel database, that stays at the base of the organization of each conference, all the conference activities can be considered an extre-mely efficient instrument for the lead generation activities, with an excellent return on the investment.

Conferences, Roundtable and Webinar

DIRECT E-MAIL MARKETING and SURVEYThe diversity and quantity of names inside the Soiel International database offers to clients several possibilities to generating new names that are interested in its corporate activities.

Within the increasingly successful activities suggested by Soiel International there is the Direct E-mail Marketing or Marketing Campaign. Using Data Sheet or other valuable contents (researches, surveys, articles, web seminars, courses...), this activity foresees the acquisition of leads of interest by sending e-mails to selected profiles, identified within the Soiel database.

Soiel manages all the different stages and the activities that are necessary to the realization of the landing page (graphic installation, texts drafting, subscription forms), where one or more specific contents could be uploaded, and will promote the initiative to its public of specialists, selected from the database, through Dem realization and forwarding and the presence of promotional news and banners on the home page of the website: www.soiel.it.

Another increasingly prominent activity is that of surveys, promoted and realized with the support of the magazines’ editorial staff. Surveys can be realized by using different research methods, as those ‘via web’ or the more organized ‘telephonic interview’, and represent an excellent starting point towards the definition of the contents of a conference project or the representation of a ‘premium content’ for the demand creation campaigns.

Demand Generation

Soiel International organizes training courses focused on specific Information & Communication Technology themes, offering also the possibility to enroll for in House courses. During the training days, practical exercises are integrated to the theoretical part, aiming at deepening the discussed topics.
