Meeting of the Procurement Committee Regarding Procurement of Tenders for various lots fo ModelBazaars was held on 3-05-2017 at 11:30am under the Chairmanship of Ch. Sajjad Haider Gujja , MPA,and Convener Procurement Committee/Director PMBMC

A Procurement Committee was constituted by the BOD & followings are the members of the Proc rementCommittee:

The meeting started with the recitation from the Holy Quran.

1. All the members of procurement committee and representatives of the firms reached in ime as

defined in the bidding document.

2. The sealed bids were opened on time by the procurement committee in

representatives of the firms.

3. The Committee showed all the sealed envelopes to concerned representative of firms/bidd rs and

opened their envelope in the presence of their representatives and announced name of idders

and their offered items/bid price package wise.

4. Committee inquired from all participant bidders that Financial Bid may also be opened on th same

day after technical evaluation. Technically qualified Bidders' Financial Bid will be opened.

5. All the bidders unanimously agreed to open the financial bid on the same day after t chnical

evaluation. ~

disqualified tenderer will be returned after issuanceof Minutes of the Meeting.

• The Committee further directed that detailed evaluation of the Tenders, Bid Evaluation Report (BER),

Minutes of Meeting (MOM) & Comparative Financial Statements (CFR) will be forwarded to the

ProcurementCommittee for approval/Recommendations and will be ratified from the BODlater on.

• Committee further resolved that letter of acceptance/work order may be issued to the su cessful

contractor (s) after getting recommendations against BER,MOM& CFRfrom the Committee members

as stated above.

• During the whole bidding process there was no dispute found and no grievance raised fr: many

bidder.
