To whom it may concern,
Good day sir/ma’am. This is Christine Ann Marie Gamboa of BSOA 1-2D representing the concerned students of the said section. This e-mail is about our enrollment date. We were supposed to be scheduled for enrollment on October 19 and 20, but due to the inadvertent circumstance we weren’t able to enroll for the said date and time. We do recognize the requirement that grades are supposed to be complete before we can continue our online enrollment at SIS (Student Information System), but on the date of our scheduled online enrollment the said requirement wasn’t completed due to unposted grades. We are now in a situation of past the date of online enrollment and losing time on how to deal with this problem.
We’re now asking for your assistance on this situation that we’re in right now. As I type this email our grades are still incomplete due to unposted grades. The matter of individual unposted grades has already been given to the professors concerned, but we’re yet to hear from them except for the part that we need to wait as the professors are still not done with the grades. We understand the time and nature of reviewing grades before posting it so that we can avoid disputes and/or violent reactions from us –the students.
We only asked that the admins of our dear and respected university be considerate enough to extend the enrollment date or reschedule the time that the students can access their SIS to complete the online enrollment. If this request wouldn’t be possible then we ask that you give us an alternative for the enrollment process.
