HOW TO CLAIM YOUR REBATE

1. Purchase an E-M1 camera body and an M.12-40mm f2.8 PRO Lens between 9/10/13 and 12/5/13.

2. Go to Olympus.rebateaccess.com and click on Promotion #51682, M.12-40mm Lens Rebate (USA).

3. Fill out and print the on-line registration form for this promotion.

• NOTE: A valid OM-D E-M1 Serial Number is required to claim this rebate. The serial number can be located on the bottom right-hand side of your camera.

4. Cut out and enclose the ORIGINAL UPC code from the lens product packaging. Photocopies of the lens UPC will be denied.

5. Enclose a copy of the sales receipt or packaging slip from the lens dated between 9/10/13 and 12/5/13.

6. Keep a photocopy of all submitted paperwork for your records.

7. Mail all of these items to the address noted on the registration form. Submissions must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2013.
