Purus Channel 100Narrow channel with high capacity

NOTE! In addition to the standard range, Purus channel 100 can be made in any length and as desired.

- for design quality and functionalityPurus is now introducing a floor channel with a width of only 100 mm but with a flow capacity equalling that of broader channels. It’s suitable for installation in most environments: heavy-duty industry with channels equipped with high-load mesh gratings, in kitchens, hospitals, laboratories where hygiene is important, but also in environments where interior design is important e.g. in bare-foot areas, in spa-hotels where the channels then would be equipped with designed gratings.

The Purus Channel 100 is an economical product made flexible by combining the stainless steel channel with different types of gratings depending on the environment and load class required. Also, the gully connecting the channel with the waste pipe system is available in both plastic and stainless steel versions, trapped or un-trapped. The channels comes in a low built version with a low gradient mid-channel outlet or in a deep-end outlet version with a well defined gradient.

Purus Channel 100 is made in stainless steel grade AISI 304 (EN 1.4301) but can also be made in grade AISI 316L (EN 1.4404). The outlet (gully) can be delivered in either stainless steel or plastic (polypropylene).

Purus Channel 100

Purus Channel 100 comes with 4 different types of stainless steel gratings and for 3 different load classes:

• 1200 x 100• 1400 x 100• 1500 x 100• 2000 x 100• 2500 x 100

Note! This is the length of the grating. The overall size of the channel is larger. Dimensions longer than 1000 mm will be delivered with multiple gratings.

PURUS CHANNEL 200

Floor channel with a 200 mm wide grating available in 3 load classes,

K3, L15 and M125. Available for all types of floor covering and in a

number of standard lengths and with several options of outlets and

traps. Mid-channel or deep-end position of outlet.

PURUS CHANNEL 300

Floor channel with a 300 mm wide grating available in 3 load classes,

PURUS KITCHEN CHANNEL

Channels with a number of different dimensions and 2 standard

depths. The outlet is placed centrally and has a high flow capacity.

PURUS INDUSTRIAL & LAUNDRY GULLY

Commercial floor gully with an in-built water trap for use in work-

shops, garages etc. Can also be ordered with a lint filter for residen-

tial or commercial laundries.

BESPOKE CHANNELS

The channels and gullies described above can be made in custo-

mised lengths. Or, we can make a completely customised channel.

Need a 20 meter long channel? Extra outlets to further increase

the flow capacity? Need a 1x1 meter grating on a deep channel to

dispose of water from a sprinkler system?
