Compliance Services

Compliance is the most commonly used term for portfolio tax management and/or process of fulfilling the official requirements for reporting Business Personal Property, to include:

• Set up properties in PVS system to allow client exclusive internet web access to ongoing case status.

• Filing Business Personal Property Return(s)• Assessment Review and Verification• Reviewing Tax Bills for Accuracy• Issue Tax Bill Approval notice to client to confirm correct tax bill amounts so

tax bills are not overpaid or duplicated.• Submitting Approvals to Pay Tax Bills• Two management reports a year (where you were, where you are, and
