Contest Rules: 1. You must be an active SCBWI-Illinois Member to enter, one entry per member. 2. Art should be in JPG format and no larger than 851 px wide by 360 px tall, 72dpi. 3. File naming: Last name_First Name _GameOn (i.e. Gliane_Cedric_GameOn.jpg). 4. Email your file as an attachment to Cedric Gliane at (illinois-ic@scbwi.org). 5. Entry must be received on/before 11:59pm July 1st, 2019. Late submissions will not be accepted. 6. Entry must take into consideration placement of this text within the image:

November 2nd, 2019 NOTE: You can include the text in your design, but this is not a requirement. However leaving ample space for text is, so please keep that in mind and plan accordingly. 7. Masthead will be used in all promotion of PWID 2019 which includes various social media platforms. Facebook has certain size/aspect ratios you will need consider. In the sample below, font style and text placement is for example purposes only. You can plan space for text anywhere within the inner box so it will be viewable on both desktop and mobile app.

8. All entries will be placed into an online gallery on the SCBWI-IL website and will be voted on by fellow SCBWI-Illinois members only. 9. Voting will take place from July 6th to July 13th, 2019.10. Illustrator will be credited wherever winning design is used to promote the event. 11. Winning illustrator will be announced on/before August 1st, 2019.12. Winning illustrator receives paid admission to the 2019 Prairie Writer’s and Illustrator’s Day including one portfolio review and one manuscript critque ($260 value) through the Prairie Prize Scholarship.
