Despite 2012 proving to be another tough year for businesses in general, and in particular the yachting industry, Moran Yacht & Ship had another outstanding year. 2012 saw the delivery of four yachts for our clients, the 285 Ft. (87m) Lurssen ACE, the 220 Ft. (67m) Amels GARCON, the 180 Ft. (55m) Amels STEP

ONE and the 180 Ft. (55m) Amels TRIPLE A. We also announced the sale of four new construction projects in 2012; the 354 Ft. (108m) Oceanco sailing yacht SOLAR, the 215 Ft. (65.5m) Palmer Johnson

STIMULUS, the 201 Ft. (61m) Hakvoort GOLDEN AGE and the 208 Ft. (64m) Hakvoort AGULEB. In 2013 Moran Yacht & Ship will oversee the delivery of the magnificent 288 Ft. (88m) Lurssen QUATTROELLE, the 285 Ft. (87m) Lurssen NIKKI, the 215 Ft. (65.5m) Palmer Johnson STIMULUS and the 131 Ft. (40m) Hakvoort APOSTROPHE.

Although the sales market in the United States continued to be subdued in 2012, we believe that 2013 will be a break out year for this market. Yacht sales in the U.S. skyrocketed in November and December of 2012, a very encouraging sign looking forward.

The charter division of Moran Yacht & Ship continued to excel in 2012 with another huge year for charters placed onboard our charter fleet. Charter bookings for the spring and summer of 2013 have already begun to flood in. Moran Yacht & Ship continue to expand our operations in a fiscally responsible manner. While many of our competitors are struggling to survive we have opened another branch office in Monaco to better service our clients in the Western Mediterranean. The Management division of Moran Yacht & Ship continues to expand as well. 2012 marked the opening of the Moran Yacht Management U.K. office led by Simon England, an experienced former Chief Engineer. With a strong technical team that includes 25 year British Navy Engineer David Goldie and former Chief Engineer Patrick Foy, Moran Yacht Management is without a doubt the strongest & most experienced in the yachting industry. Moran Yacht & Ship are well positioned globally with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Moscow, Monaco, Newport, and London to quickly meet the requirements of our clients wherever their location.

2012 also saw the appointment of Taylor Craig as the COO of global operations for Moran Yacht & Ship Inc. Taylor is a graduate of Yale University in business, and brings a strong sales management background to Moran Yacht & Ship. Working closely with Taylor is Sean Moran, who joined Moran Yacht & Ship in 2012 after graduating from the University of Florida in business, and spending four years working onboard yachts such as the Lurssen built 257Ft. (78.5m) MADSUMMER and 201 Ft. (61m) AURORA before joining the company.

I believe we have the most experienced, professional, and hardworking brokerage team in the yachting business. Our team maintains an unmatched level of industry knowledge gained from roots working onboard large yachts and decades in the business. I know that we will continue to prosper and expand our worldwide operations.

Moran Yacht & Ship are an extremely proud of the financial security gained from being a successful, self-financed company with no outside investors. DAY 1 NASSAU - GREEN CAYBegin your eight-day Bahamas adventure from the capital of Nassau, boarding your
