Graham Corbin at the July Meeting Graham suggested that we swap guest speakers for the June meeting as Chris Cobb was down from

The Orchids of the Genus Pterostylis grow predominantly in Australia but a few
Extend into the Australasian region.
Like many things from Australia, we like to be different and Pterostylis is no exception.
They have weird flowers and a pollination strategy which could only have been thought up by
The manufacturers of the mousetrap game as it is so complex and unlikely
that it seemingly could never succeed.
Despite their quirks, the species of the Genus Pterostylis have an undeniable charm of which
few orchid growers are aware and even fewer growers choose to grow.
Graham Corbin will enlighten you with the charms of the Pterostylis genus and briefly
discuss how you might grow the members of this genus.
Members are Reminded

There will be no commission on meeting night plant sales.
But the owner of the plants must look after all there own sales.
