At Benson’s Catering Limited, we aim to meet our clients’ needs entirely. If you can’t find what you would like on

the menus included here, or have menu ideas of your own, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your

requirements further.

Also, if you have special dietary requirements or allergy concerns, please let us know. We are able to provide the

majority of our menu items as Gluten or Dairy Free, so please inform us of these, and any other allergies when

booking. Full details of allergens or of all ingredients contained within particular dishes are available upon

Previous examples of various theme nights can be found on our blog »»

The menus included in this supplement feature suggestions for a variety of theme nights.

The items in these menus can be substituted for or added to our standard Dinner Party Menus

and are available fully catered or for delivery.

We ask that you choose one dish per course for the group for plated, served meals. 1

If you would like the meal served family style please select up to three dishes per course.2

We can provide an alternative choice to accommodate vegetarians, vegans,

dietary requirements or intolerances and children.

If you would like to include additional dishes or courses, these are available upon request.3

Volcano Chicken

A whole chicken, basted with Whisky and then set alight to flambé before your eyes!

Whole Rib of Beef »»

Can be served traditionally, or on a bed of onions and mushrooms or noodles.

Crown of Lamb »»

Racks of ribs cooked in a crown formation and stuffed with red rice.

Can also be done with beef or pork.

Beef Wellington »»

A traditional dish that can be given a few extra twists if desired.

meals. Deliveries subject to minimum order value.

Catered prices include chef services only. Waiting staff will be calculated based on group size and menu

Delivery meals are freshly prepared and packaged in recyclable containers, ready to be heated and served,

as per printed instructions included.

Standard Travel/Delivery charges are charged at a base rate of £15.00 within 20 miles, or standard rate of
