The purpose of this questionnaire is to know and study the level of preparedness and the quality of governance of the SSG Council in Saint Joseph Institute of Technology towards the students and institution itself. Your participation in this research will be very helpful. Thank you very much.

Hypothesis
On the basis of the problems, a hypothesis was formulated and tested in the
course of the study.
H01: There is no significant effect of the factors of the level of preparedness to the quality of governance of the SSG to the students in SJIT.
