Overview of E-Pay

Monthly, daily and hourly rated employees can be paid monthly or bi monthly. Each payroll month consists of Pay Calendar (Jan, Feb…) , Pay Items (Basic,

Bonus …) and Pay packages.

Payment mode includes Bank/Cash/Cheque.

Includes CPF , Year end, final payment and Tax Calculation.

Dynamic Pay slip layout can be designed and delivered to employees.

Provides vast combination of reports as separate add-ons as requested.

Maintain Company, Employee, Career details. No restrictions on count. Pluggable Leave and Claims module, we serve these individual modules as

Payroll Processing

Allocate Pay Package (set of pay items) to new employees based on designation/band.

Allows addition of one time pay items like Bonus during normal pay run.

Allows pay roll run for selected employees ‘n’ number of times with all necessary amendments.

CPF calculations for Singaporeans & PR holders can be done automatically based on the latest CPF rates.

Year end processing is possible. Pay slip is generated at the end of Pay roll confirmation

and can be emailed to employees automatically.

Reports

Pay slip for individual employees can be printed out at the Mid & End of the Month.

Payroll Summary report which shows the Basic Salary, Overtime Pay, Shift Allowance, Deductions, Gross Wage, CPF contribution details and Net Wage.

Year to date Report – This report show the month by month pay details of an employee. And month by month total expenditure by the company also can be generated.

Other reports like CPF return report, Employee details can be generated.

Audit Trial Report – This report will show the changes done by all the users, so that the master user can view all the

changes done.
