Unscrew the enclosure cover. Only insert one of the following batteries: (-40°C to 85°C) SAFT - LS33600 Duracell - MN1300 (-20°C to 54°C) 2. Move the PWR switch to OFF. 3. Remove the M3x6mm screw using the provided 2.5 mm hex key. 4. Gently, rotate the face counterclockwise about 15°. The face should pop-loose. 5. Lift the face-plate out of the way. 6. Insert SIM card and new D-Cell into the PSG with the positive side facing upwards. 7. Re-Insert the face-plate, rotate it clockwise about 15° and insert the M3x6mm screw. Step 1: INSTALL SIM AND BATTERY WARNING: Do not loosen or remove enclosure cover in the presence of an explosive atmosphere. Step 3: START A NEW JOB 1. In Dashboard Professional, please answer the onscreen prompts if any accordingly. 2. Change the values in the 'Configuration' panel as required then click on 'Start Job'. 3. Click on the 'Setup' button. 4. Change the values in the setup dialog as required to get maximum battery days. 5. Once complete click on the 'Save' or 'Cancel' button and unplug the USB cable. 6. If the display was enabled in the setup dialog, you should see it update based on the sample rate you set. (Only in PSG-3) (Only in PSG-2) 5. If data needs to be sent to Dashboard Web click on 'Setup Connection' and fill in the Cellular Data settings and click on 'Test Connection'. On success it should say 'Setup Complete', If it fails 3 consecutive times please contact us. Step 2: POWER ON 1. Make sure the RF switch is in the up position (ON), If its in the down position (OFF); Cellular and Bluetooth functions will not be available. 2. Move the PWR switch to the up position (ON). 3. If the gauge was not logging previously, wait for the display to turn off. 4. Wait for the light (LED) to turn off completely. Software (www.idsitools.com), the LED should turn blue. 5. Connect to a Windows machine via a USB cable and open Dashboard Professional Note: After powering on, the user must program the PSG to make sure the time is accurate. Step 4: INSTALLATION 1. Please make sure the enclosure cover is tightly screwed. 2. Torque should never be applied to the PSG case, as shown in the picture. 3. For more consistent bluetooth connectivity, make sure the PSG face is in line of sight with the bluetooth device. Note: Please read the PSG USER MANUAL for more information. 1. Unscrew the enclosure cover.

Only insert one of the following batteries:
