QuoteMe is designed for individuals who wantto read quotes for inspiration. The user will have

the ability to share these quotes through socialmedia.

This application is designed for users that likefamous, funny, sad, uplifting, or any kind ofvariety of quotes.

For example if a user downloads this app andinstalls the widget, the user will then beprompted with the random quote of the day.Lets say the user enjoys the quote so much theywant to share it with the world. Well in todaysworld the ability to share this information is veryeasy due to social media l ike Facebook, Twitter,or Email.

The user then, can easily share this via whichever social media of there choice. Now this appwent from being just a app that one individualcan enjoy, to an app where all others can enjoythe same inspiration.

QuoteMe for anyone who enjoys reading quotes. Age grouptargets a group from 17-60 years old.

Alex (figure 1a) is 13 years old, recently came across this quote.

Alex enjoyed it so much, he posted this on his twitter page. Hisgrandfather and cousin in (figure 1b) saw it on his timeline. Thegrandfather clicked on the quote via Twitter and was directedGoogle Play where he could download QuoteMe. This is justone of many ways this app will work and how it can bring joy!

what was said.

With QuoteME, Jeanette can search for the Quote on the spot and

the Quote is not there. She can input the Quote and share with friand family.

With Jeanette not having much time to mess with her phone. Wh

she does get the chance to use the app, she can install the widgecan easily see a Quote on her widget and decide if the app is wortopening, especially if she is in the mood to get receive some

inspiration.

There are several components that make up thisapplication. There will be a Home-View, Search-View, and Saved View. Each of these views willbe easy to navigate to and from.

The Home-View will show a random quote ofthe day. The user will have the ability to save orshare.

The Search-View will have a search field on theActionBar to allow the user to search for aparticular quote. When the user enters aauthors name the results show on a list-view. Ifthe user wants to view one of the quotesgenerated on the list-view, the user will click on

the selected quote and will be directed to theSingle-Quote-View screen, showing theselected quote.

The Saved-View will show all the quotes theuser has saved. When the user selects a savedquote the quote will be shown on a grid-view. Ifthe user wants to re-visit a saved quote, theywill have to select the quote on the grid-view.The selected quote will be shown on the Single-Quote-View.

Overview

The timeline is a guide to how long the projectwill be completed from each stage ofdevelopment. There will be two milestones andthe project will be completed by the end ofweek 4.

During each milestone there will be elements ofthe application that will be complete/not-complete. Some parts of the Design/Coding willbe completed in each milestone. There will be abreakdown of exactly what will be done in eachmilestone.

The time spent on each milestone will also bedocumented.
