Quote + SP Energy Networks are keen to improve the service we provide to our Customers. Quote + has been developed to provide our Customers with a higher level of information than is currently provided in our Budget Quotation, in a shorter timescale than our Formal Quotation Offer. Highlights of the Quote + Customer can request an indicative study for 3 different capacity options at a particular location SP Energy Networks will provide a cost estimate for each of the 3 different capacity options requested within 20 days If the Customer decides to progress with a formal application for one of the 3 options, then for interactive purposes, Day 1 of the indicative study would be taken as the Competent Enquiry Date of the Formal Application. Following this the Customer would receive the formal quotation offer within the standard published timescales. 1

Highlights of the Quote + – Customer can request an indicative study for 3 different capacity options at a
