UndER ThE aUspiCEs Of:
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is a great pleasure to welcome you to the first Pancreatic
Cancer Symposium, held in Marseille, under the auspices of AFRCP (French Association for Pancreatic Cancer Re-search). This meeting will be a new opportunity for inter-national clinicians and researchers focused on pancreatic cancer research to review advances in the understanding of this pathology, present and discuss their research.
Four main sessions will be organized to highlight the re-cent discoveries in the fields of pancreatic cancer mi-croenvironment, metabolism, cell signaling and impor-tantly pre-clinical and clinical studies. For this first edition of the symposium we have organized an outstanding pro-gram with an opening keynote lecture to welcome parti-cipants on October 28th in the late afternoon, followed by additional keynotes and talks given by worldwide re-cognized experts in their respective fields, during the all-day, two day meeting (October 29-30th).
In addition to high impact abstracts selected for oral pre-sentations, interactive poster sessions will be organized to encourage international translational collaborations. We look forward to welcoming you for an exceptional meeting to be held in the prestigious location of Palais du Pharo in Marseille.
