Dear Sir,

With reference to your letter ref. no. 215/R103/2019/20A0006A, dated on 15 June 2020 regarding the above

mentioned subject, please note that your request to appoint M/s. ARAR INFRA Contracting Co. LLC is APPROVED

to carry out the works related to DEWA water pipe lines networks subject to compliance with the following

conditions: DEWA reserves the right to withdraw this approval if the subcontractor’s performance is not satisfactory.

The consultants and main contractor will not be relieved of their respective contractual obligations.

Strict Adherence to the standards Quality measures of works.

Satisfactory performance in terms of Quality on the site.

Pipe and other material required for the works shall be new and the contractor shall submit sample/catalogues for

the same, along with the shop drawing for our review and approval.

Work shall be carried out in compliance with our standards and specifications as well as RTA/DM regulation.

Material for existing Network shall be available prior to the commencement of work in case of any breakage or leak.

List of staff shall be provided prior to the commencement of the work for DEWA’s review and comment.

Moreover, instruct M/s. ARAR INFRA Contracting Co. LLC to submit shop drawings for our review and approval.
