    WildWEST

Parts of the e-recycling world are akin to the wildwest this is a largely unregulated industry

    customers beware

Your equipment could end up burning in Ghana,

or in a lake in Minnesota

Potential liability no matter what the contract

says indemnification clauses wont go very far

You need to be careful selecting an e-recycler this used to be difficult but now
