• HR posts outreach notice in data base• HR request referral list• Formats referral lists in PDF format• Regional Announcement # (NOT OCR’s!!)• Applicants will be pre-qualified

• SME reps from every functional area (up to 8 per forest)
• Evaluate applications• Complete and document reference checks • Focus group to screen veterans
