Based in 2nd Industrial City - Riyadh, our state of the art Factory offers steel fabrication, metalworking , Ductworks and steel pipe spools fabrication & erection services in Riyadh, and across the whole Kingdom.

Our technicians are highly trained and accredited steel fabricators and fully experienced in all aspects of welding fabrication, cutting, site welding and steel erection, utilizing the latest high-tech manufacturing machinery for the supply, fabrication and installation of multi-purpose steel products.

Steel Structure and non Structural Steel WorkS

Steel Sheds & Warehouses

Steel sheds and warehouses can be manufactured as per the design of the customer (standard section designs are also available). If the design of the shed/warehouse is complete and provided by the customer, RAICO can manufacture and erect the structure as per required specifications. If the design is not available, RAICO can propose an economical design for the customer and implement it as per the general requirements. RAICO Structural Steel Division can also handle the required civil works common to sheds and warehouses, such as column foundations, block walls, etc... Similarly with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, such as piping and cabling, light fixtures, etc... If the works are minor, RAICO is capable of handling them in-house, otherwise one of the group contracting companies will be employed to complete the civil & MEP works. In other words, RAICO is perfectly equipped to take on only the steel works or turnkey projects including civil and MEP works.

Steel Structure Sign Boards

RAICO is Outdoor Advertising Billboard Solutions Manufacturer.

RAICO is involved in fabricating an exclusive range of display boards and hoardings in Saudi Arabia. We hold expertise in fabricating an extensive range of hoardings, unipoles, billboards and other steel structure sign boards.

With assistance of our qualified professionals and eminent staffs, we plan and design the sign boards in variety of sizes, shapes and innovative designs and patterns. We also engaged in offering hoarding installation service in proficient manner.

Steel Supports & Platforms

Steel supports and platforms are manufactured as per the design of the customer. If the design of the steel supports is complete and provided by the customer, RAICO can manufacture and erect the supports and platforms as per required specifications. If the design is not available, RAICO can propose an economical design for the customer and implement it as per the general requirements.

The steel supports can be manufactured using all types of sections, including but not limited to universal column/beam sections, angles, channels, pipes, tubes, etc... Platforms can also be manufactured in any surface finish, including but not limited to smooth plates, checkered plates, grating, etc... If the design is not available, RAICO can propose an economical design for the customer and implement it as per global/local governing standards. Some examples of types of steel ladders, staircases, and doors that are manufactured include:

blaSting and painting Using a variety of blast media, including steel grit and garnet, we can grit blast substrate surfaces to Class 3 and apply a comprehensive range of industrial coatings.

The separate blast and paint booths are able to handle units of more than 15 meters long, including larger metal components and structures. The painting facility has the capacity to apply most industrial coatings.
