Rainfall Report from 10 th to 17 th August, 2020 Weather Inference : Under the influence of Low Pressure Area on 10-08-2020 stationed over northeast Madhya Pradesh & neighborhood, rainfall occurred on 10th & 11th August 2020. A new Low pressure area is formed on 13 th August, 2020 over Bay of Bengal, and on 15 th it have intensified into Well Marked Low Pressure area and moved towards Northwestwards along Odisha. On 16 th it has moved towards south Jharkhand and further moved towards Northeast Madhya Pradesh and adjoining area of north Chhattisgarh on 17 th August. Under this scenario: State Cumulative rainfall from 10 th to 17 th August 2020 is 232.3 mm against Normal 68.8 mm with deviation 238%. Extreme Rainfall (>204.4mm) Received: Isolated places of Warangal Rural district on 15th and Mulugu district on 16th August. Very Heavy Rainfall (115.6-204.4mm) Received: Kumuram Bheem, Mancherial, Peddapalli, Karimnagar, Rajanna Sircilla, Siddipet, Warangal Urban, Warangal Rural, Mahabubabad, Jangaon, Jayashankar, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Nirmal and Nizamabad districts. State Highest Rainfall Recorded: On 10th - 177.8 mm in Navipet mandal, Nizamabad district. On 11th - 91.8 mm in Tekumatla mandal, Jayashankar district. On 12th - 114.4 mm in Aswapuram mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem district. On 13th - 164.1 mm in Burgampadu mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem district. On 14th - 160.9 mm in Venkatapuram mandal, Mulugu district. On 15th - 263.1 mm in Nallabelly mandal, Warangal Rural district. On 16th - in 227.5 mm in Venkatapuram mandal, Mulugu district. Weather Inference: Under the influence of Low Pressure Area on 10-08-2020 stationed over northeast

Madhya Pradesh & neighborhood, rainfall occurred on 10th & 11th August 2020. A new Low

pressure area is formed on 13th August, 2020 over Bay of Bengal, and on 15th it have intensified into Well
