Descrip�on

RAINO ‐ CLEAR is a Breathable super‐hydrophobic nano coa�ng for concrete, stones and masonry which penetrates deep into the surface pores and reacts chemically to provide durable highly effec�ve water repellant protec�on without affec�ng the appearance and breathability of the surface. It protects concrete and masonry surfaces from moisture absorp�on, dirt, dust and salt intrusion. It substan�ally reduces the damaging effects of freeze/thaw cycling, precipita�on, acid rain, efflorescence, dust/dirt degrada�on and fungal a�ack.

Easy to use, requiring only low pressure spraying equipment. Deep penetra�ng pore ac�on for long las�ng protec�on. Preserve a natural appearance without membrane build‐up. Provide highly efficient barrier to water and salt ingress. Allows concrete and masonry surfaces to maintain breath‐ability while providing high water repellency characteris�cs. Economical to use because of its durability over many years. Minimize efflorescence and fungal a�ack. Reduce masonry cleaning costs.

Method of Applica�on:

Shake well before spray.

All surfaces must be clean and free from dust, dirt, oil and grease.

Spray the material on concrete block for 2 �mes. (wet on wet)

Two passes is recommended to assure complete, uniform coverage. A�er the first pass has been completed, come back

over the same area with the second pass so that a wet on wet process is assured.

Allow the surface to dry for 24 hours.

Avoid applica�on of coa�ngs below dew point and temperature above 50C. Avoid applica�on during rain and in

presence of heavy wind.

Precau�ons & Limita�ons:

Don't apply material below dew point and above 50 degree

Do not apply materials if rain is expected within 6 hours.

Do not use over membrane forming material

New concrete and masonry surface should be minimum 7 days old and have undergone drying before RAINO‐CLEAR

applica�on.

Protect adjacent areas from overspray.

Use proper protec�ve equipment while handling.

Shelf Life & Storage:

12 months from date of manufacturing.Store in a cool and dry place.Keep away from direct sunlight.

Packing:

Health & Safety Precau�ons:

Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact wash thoroughly with plenty of water and consult physician if necessary.
