CFCA-Community Foundation for Children and Aging-Delhi is a sponsorship & community based program, one child one sponsor is the basic concept. CFCA works in different villages/clusters with these sponsored children who belong to very poor and marginalized family. CFCA is India unit and Unbound which is main organization which provide fund to the CFCA for sponsored children, is America based organization at Kansas City, USA (www.unbound.org,) working in 25 countries with children and aging.

Roles and Responsibilities of Sub-Project Coordinator :

Assist the Project coordinator in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating the activities of the project.

Organize and manage training programs, workshops, meetings, conferences and events to train staffs, SMG leaders, active members and educated mothers to achieve effective organizational goals.

Developing annual work plan and budget as well as monthly plan & budget in assistance with SMG leaders/ core committee and other staffs.
