TIS is a tool to automate the manual procedure of Training System in Yell Adworks Pvt. Ltd. TIS can schedule trainings and keep track of every detail about the training, ex: Trainer, Trainees, Duration and Topic.

Email notification to trainer as well as trainee about training schedule, Only HR can schedule the training. In TIS, trainees are allowed to give the feedback about the trainer, training session and presented materials. TIS also allow trainer’s to conduct online examinations on the training topics to trainee. TIS can produce various Reports, Trainer’s Performance, Trainee’s Attendance, and Trainee’s Performance.

This product follows a J2EE architecture based on Tomcat Java Server. Data is stored using Hibernate mapped with the spring framework integrated to a MySql database. Technologies include JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, spring, HTML, XML based on Eclipse platform. The site is based on a model-view-controller Spring MVC architecture where JSPs holding the presentation features, java beans and core java classes hold business logic, view controls, and backend database calls.
