INDUSTRIAL LAND

RAKIA provides land on long-term, renewable

lease for industrial ventures in its two industrial

parks in Al Hamra and Al Ghail in RAK.

Land plots begin from 5000m2 with 24-

hour supply of power, water, gas and other

utilities. Investors are permitted to construct

warehouses, offices and staff accommodation

on leased land.

WAREHOUSES

For the benefit of companies engaged in

trading, warehousing, assembling, packaging

and light manufacturing activities, RAKIA

offers warehouses in different sizes for both

free zone and non-free zone jurisdictions.

Warehouse sizes begin from units of 311m2.

Investors are permitted to construct offices

within the pre-built warehouses.

2 SUBMIT APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTS

A business development consultant will guide you through the process of filling out the documents in order

to ensure that all requirements are met. Our team will review the submitted documents and facilitate the

necessary approvals*. You will be contacted for either additional information or for completing the process by

proceeding with payment.

3 ISSUANCE OF BUSINESS LICENCE

Your business licence and lease agreement will be issued to you upon completion of all the necessary steps.

UAE RESIDENCE VISA

In order to help our registered clients live, work and

operate their businesses in the UAE, RAKIA provides visa

sponsorship services. The eligibility of visas for a licensed

company depends on its facilities and scale of operation.

RAKIA offers three categories of visa; investor, partner and
