Due diligence has been performed on suppliers by Qld Purchasing Department to ascertain capabilities of suppliers and products in the following areas

o Equipment performance and reliability. o Supplier service capacity covering response time, service personnel, spare parts and

consumable stock, service call handling capacity and training/installation. o Running costs. o Capital Equipment costs and value. o Level of technology for the particular brand.

The contract running costs (click charges) are governed by Qld Government and the Supplier

Corporation; they are not controlled by the individual service dealer or branch. This gives you security that running costs of the equipment will not be adjusted without Government Consultation and approval.
