I am just a hundred pages away from the finale of theepisode one of this epic. I will uplaod a detailed bookreview by the Sunday evening.So far, "overwhelmingly awesome" is the only correctway to describe the narration of this epic. There weretimes I had tears in my eyes because of the beauty ofnarration of events and heroism of certain characters ofthis story.

"Virtuals" takes you on a wild ride of this timeless battleof the forces in Kali-Yuga as we call it.

This book is not just a mere a fictional fantasy but it's anexcellent interpretations of the principle of all vedantaphilosophies combined.

Anupam Sinha sir has performed a tremendous job inactualising such deep principles in form of fiction fantasy.

The hooks in the book are marvelous. The entire story andevents have been narrated in such an amazing manner thatyou can actually visualize each and every part of the bookas if you are the part of the on-going drama.

I am not going to reveal anything about the characters orthe story as it is something to be experienced first hand.Every page is gripping and now Anupam Sinha sir hashooked me on the ultimate hook at the last page of thebook and now I am eagerly waiting for "The Omni".Thank you Anupam Sinha sir to adding a glorious featherin the crown of Indian Fiction and giving me thiswonderful opportunity to read such a brilliant piece ofwork. I hope this turns into a movie someday and Ibecome capable enough to adept it for screen and direct ittoo. Keep up the good work sir!

@Ashutosh Ravindra Joshi ;

What defines a good fictional novel?? When it crosses thethin line of fiction and makes you believe it like a fact.The story lingers in your mind and .... Is it true?? Whocan do this?? Only Anupam Sinha!

@Rockhardened Rock ;Finally finished reading THE VIRTUALS by Anupam sirtoday and could not wait to express my feelings.I picked this novel just because it was written by myfavorite story-teller. I had a very high expectations butthis novel surpassed them. In fact, it is comparable towestern novels I'm addicted to.It has a fleet of very strong characters and amazing,amazing situations. The thing I loved most was the wavesof suspense throughout the book with most startlingrevelation saved for the end. The novel has some verystrong graphical depictions which are natural whenAnupam sir is writing it! The novel has no lengthy andboring descriptions and conversations are very pointed. Ifelt like watching a movie in my mind.I strongly recommend this book to all readers, especiallyIndians, to have a feel that what happens when high

pitched Indian emotions are entwined with a pure fantasywith western touch. Thank you for such a good read, sir!

@ Alok Sharma ;

Having read some of the best stories by Anupam Sinhawhile growing up, Virtual's brilliance comes as a nosurprise to me. I have always expected the best out of himand Mr.Sinha has belted out stories that were better thanthe best every single time. I thoroughly enjoyed theadrenaline filled fantasy ride called The Virtuals. Anunputdownable book with intriguing characters, welldefined character arcs. The Virtuals is a complete pageturner by all standards, Its a must read even if you aren't afantasy lover because this genre-binding book hassomething for everyone. Though its fiction, but the storyis so convincing that many times it all will sound like aconspiracy theory, also the story will make you look atexistentialism and philosophy of survival (of the fittest) ina new light. Mr.Sinha's writing is flawless, free flowingand devoid of any padding or pretentiousness. The bookwill be remembered as a book jampacked with so muchstory, that an efficient editor might've churned out twobooks out of it. But then, I am just being greedy, havingfinished the book I am craving for one more. There arebooks that remain with you even after years of reading -The Virtuals is one such book. Go for it.

@ Asjad Ali;

I had promised sir about my honest opinion after readingthe Book and here it goes:The book is a very nice read and a page turner. The firsthalf of the book is its strength, where the plot is built andthe suspense is installed in reader's heart. I felt at timesthat some words were knowingly inserted/replaced insentences to make it sound flowery.The genre of the book is quite good and original too as ifailed to connect it with any other idea presented so far in

any of the books i have read till date. hence full marks fororiginality and idea.Somewhere down the line the climax failed to satiate thehunger created. Some readers may disagree, but it wasquite obvious and straightforward for a reader who lovesto anticipate and anticipate well.Some questions remain unanswered in the end(i dontknow if its the right place to ask, as it may affect thereaders who haven’t read the book so far)The little boy showed exaggerated sense of knowledgeonce he is out of the station.. knowing that he spent hislife in the platform... he knew much more than an urchinliving in a platform will.But yes, the book did connected to me as a reader. as afew things described in the books are some of the things ihave experienced in my life and in a way it astonishedme.

I rate the book 7/10Eagerly awaiting more from you sir.
