Dean is an Associate Principal based in RBB’s Madrid office with over six years of experience. Dean holds an MSc in Economics from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, and a first class honours degree in Economics from the University of Essex.
Since joining RBB in 2013, Dean has advised on a number of high-profile mergers (raising horizontal and vertical concerns), alleged Article 101 infringements and litigation matters.
He has advised a number of high profile clients such as Siemens, Pfizer, Lloyds Banking Group, General Electric, Alstom and Santander.
Dean has advised on a wide variety of competition cases before the European Commission and competition authorities in the UK, China, Tanzania and South Africa.
