Please specify the following information when placing an order

for RBM products:

• Product model code/name

• Number of products

• Fabric/leather and Colour Code

• Wooden, stain surface, plastic and table top colour/type

• Colour/paint on foot base/frame for chairs and tables

• Type of castors or glides

• Options. Eg. armrests, linking device

• Desired delivery date

• Delivery address

Prices

All prices are recommended retail prices in DKK excl. VAT. Prices

are valid from 01.11.2020. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless

otherwise agreed. Any typographical errors shall not be binding

for Flokk and will be subject to correction without liability to the

vendor.

Payment terms

Subject to local sales agreement. Interest charged for non-

payment according to current terms. All goods remain the

property of Flokk A/S until payment is made in full.

Conditions of Delivery

Ex Works (Incoterms 2010), including packaging.

Shipping fee of 5% of the net order value (min. DKK 150) is

added on all orders, which is not delivered to addresses used or

owned by the distributor.

Time slot delivery on a non-specific date costs DKK 1.000 per.

order and must be ordered no later than five days before the

sending date via Customer Service, Flokk A/S.

The following time slots are possible:

“Fix day 10” with delivery before 09.00 on non-specific date

(between 7-9)

“Fix day 13” with delivery before 12.00 on non-specific date

(between 7-12)

Time specific delivery on a specific date and time indication costs

DKK 2.500 per. order and must be ordered no later than five days

before the sending date via Customer Service, Flokk A/S.

Visible transport damage and discrepancies in the number of

items received must always be noted on the bill of carriage at the

time of receipt and reported to the carrier. Invisible transport

damage (damaged product, but not package) should be reported

in writing to Customer Service, Flokk A/S within 7 days.

We encourage you to ensure the recycling of all packaging

material. Please sort and return the packaging material, using

your local recycling partners/stations - and follow your local

regulations.

If you have questions on how to handle waste packaging material,

please inform your contact person within Flokk.

Change/cancellation of orders on chairs, tables or upholsteries

Change/cancellation of orders on chairs or upholsteries is

possible up until production has begun. Each amended or

cancelled order will incur a charge of DKK 500 per order. Once

production has started orders can not be changed.

RBM warranty

General terms and conditions

Flokk’s warranty covers all RBM products against material and

manufacturing faults and defects from the product’s production

date. The warranty covers any necessary spare parts. Labour

and transport costs are not covered. Wear and tear must be

expected from normal use and are not covered by the warranty.

Unless otherwise specified, the maximum weight for users of

chairs is 110 kg. The warranty is conditional on the chair/table

and fabrics/leather undergoing normal cleaning.

5 year warranty for RBM products

Flokk provides a 5 year warranty for all RBM chairs, sofas and

tables that are in normal use for up to 9 hours per day. Please

also see the general warranty terms and conditions.

Maintenance guide

Care of Fabric Upholstery:

Regular vacuum cleaning is recommended. Marks and stains

should be removed with a proprietary cleaner.

Care of Leather Upholstery:

Wipe with a slightly damp cloth and gently rub dry. A good

proprietary hide food should be applied at least once a year and

more often if the leather is in a dry atmosphere or close to a heat

source.

For laminated table tops and unupholstered surfaces on chairs,

clean with a soft, damp, non-abrasive cotton cloth and a mild

liquid detergent.

For additional maintenance advice please contact our customer

service team.

End of life – recycling

We encourage you to ensure recycling of your chair and its

various components, according to the ‘end of life matrix’

described in your chair’s user manual. Please dispose your chair/

components using your local recycling partners/stations - and

follow your local regulations. If you have questions on how

to dispose or return your chair after use, please inform your

contact person within Flokk.

Standard Fabric & Colour Collection

Flokk provides a 5 year warranty for RBM chairs upholstered in

fabrics/leather from the RBM Standard Fabric & Colour Collection

when the chair/sofa is in normal use for up to 9 hours per day.

Flokk provides a 2 year warranty for RBM chairs upholstered in

fabrics/leather from the RBM Standard Fabric & Colour Collection

when the chair/sofa is in normal use for more than 9 hours per day.

Curated Fabric & Colour Collection

Flokk provides a 5 year warranty for RBM chairs/sofas upholstered

in fabrics from the RBM Curated Fabric & Colour Collection when

the chair/sofa is in normal use for up to 9 hours per day. Flokk

provides a 2 year warranty for RBM chairs/sofas upholstered in

fabrics from the RBM Curated Fabric & Colour Collection when the

chair/sofa is in normal use for more than 9 hours per day.

Extended Fabric & Colour Collection

Flokk provides a 5 year warranty for RBM chairs/sofas

upholstered in fabrics/leather from the RBM Extended Fabric &

Colour Collection when the chair/sofa is in normal use for up to 9

hours per day. Some of the fabrics in the RBM Extended Fabric

& Colour Collection are available with a 2 year warranty for 24

hour use (for use of more than 9 hours per day).

Special fabrics/leather or Customers Own Material (COM)

If the fabrics in the Standard, Curated or Extended collections

are not what you are looking for, please contact Customer

Service, Flokk A/S. When choosing Special or Customer specified

fabric/leather the general warranty terms and conditions are

still valid, except for the upholstery which will be without any

warranty. This does not affect your rights and obligations under

local law. Customer specified fabrics/leather can only be used

following approval by Flokk.

Fabrics and leathers that are not tested on our products, need to

have an upholstery test before we can approve it and the order

can be registered. Cost (DKK 1.545) for testing will be charged.

The general warranty terms and conditions cover the chair

against material and manufacturing faults, but not the

upholstery.

RBM ComRBM Com has big events in mind.

The simple plywood monoshell is available in various wood and high pressure laminate (HPL) finishes. Gentle contours and a range of upholstery options give RBM Com an extra level of comfort. RBM Com is available with four legs and a sledge base, among others.

It is suitable for many environments such as lecture theatres, meeting rooms and cafeterias. The collection includes a selection of accessories that make it easier to number, stack or link chairs

in rows, essential functions when organising large events.

With a sitting height of 80 cm, RBM Com Bar is designed for tables, bars and counter tops between 104 and 110 cm high. The square shaped shell is available in three different finishes: a bare

plywood shell, bare plywood with an upholstered seat or fully upholstered. The shell is available in standard lacquer colours,

natural modified veneers or high pressure laminate (HPL).

RBM ChicRBM Chic is simple sophistication, a classic design.

A collection of chairs that use subtle profiles and soft lines to give the visual effect of lightness, RBM Chic is compact, simple and classic in

form. The collection offers chairs with thin metal frames, wooden legs or a four-star base, as well as bar stool, armchair and swivel options.

RBM Chic is designed especially for cafés, restaurant spaces, waiting rooms and hotel lobbies. The armchair option lends itself to relaxation

zones in hotels, guesthouses, lobbies and offices. It has a characteristic low-seated shape compared to other designs in its arena. Reclining shells

and comfortable foams welcome users to enjoy less-formal meetings.

When mounted on a swivel base, RBM Chic is equipped with an auto-return function, making it ideal for

areas that need to be kept neat and orderly.

RBM Chic AirThe RBM Chic Air is the moment sleek meets soft. The

perfect combination for a social, reflective space.

The collection is based on sharp-edged geometric forms combined with a subtle frame profile. Sublime, well-thought-out shapes, unique

foam forms make the armchairs eye-catching elements of any interior.

To give it a more individual look, two different upholstered surfaces can be combined on one model. For example, high quality leather on the outside, with soft upholstery inside the shell. There is a variety

of options to choose from, including high or low backs, chairs with or without armrests, and benches. The product has been awarded the

Red Dot Award: Product Design 2017 for an outstanding design.

The collection is distinguished by minimalist, elegant design, while the style is dominated by subtle forms that blend perfectly with many different spaces. Each element is made with the greatest care, giving

the possibility of combining leather with fabric. While it has a light form, the RBM Chic Lounge is perfectly comfortable to relax in.

The RBM Chic Lounge chair comprises of a metal frame covered in polyurethane foam. It is available with two versions of backrest - low and high. The collection also includes an elegant footrest and cushion. The armchairs can be personalized with the choice of a metal wire frame or four-star base, available in

various colours: Black, White, Steelgrey and Metalsilver.

The family comprises pouffes, armchairs, tables and linking units (30 and 60 degrees) completed with partition walls upholstered in fabrics. The wall fulfils a

RBM MickeyRBM Mickey is the perfect seat for those looking

for a more active approach to work.

The seat swivels and swings from side to side and has a height adjustment that goes from a low pouffe to a seat. This provides support during

standing work, but can serve different needs – either quick conferences for several people or sitting at a desk with someone for a while.

Secondly, thanks to a special handle, the seat can be easily moved, rearranged and height adjusted all at the same time. RBM Mickey can be ordered in pastel or more expressive upholstery colours in combination with neutral plastic colours.

The RBM Mickey is developed in line with human factor considerations and can be used for active deskwork, both seated and standing. It also

follows your position flawlessly with a built-in 10-degree tilt to either side. These changes of position during work provide active seating support.
