Grassroots Club Coach Mentoring Offer

“Speaking as a parent who loves’s football, I have to say you are easily the best coach that I have seen at this level”.

Tan Razzaq, Parent “You target the individual skills and tricks that enable players to improve their self-belief and express themselves without the fear of failure. These are aspects that without a doubt improve a player immeasurably. This can be rarely achieved at a club level as there is a lack of time and knowledge”.

Martin Greatorex, Parent “Love the encouragement of creativity and the fact that the ‘team’ has a theme. The individual challenges are a great idea, and ‘game situation’ sessions are excellent”

Nick Franklin, Parent

School Team training

“Through your sessions you've been able to keep children across the ability

range engaged and invested, through the variation and differentiation of

your activities. This gave them greater opportunity to develop, while the

whole-part-whole approach you used maximised the time the children stayed

physically active. Finally, it's been really good to see the regular use of

positive competition in your sessions, from challenging them to beat their

own best score to direct competition in the adapted games”.

Joe Routledge, PE Teacher at Grange Primary School, Long Eaton
