TEKKEM is a batch system that uses load cells to make a “perfect batch” of lime every time. Lime is delivered via a continuous loop operating at scouring velocity providing a precise quantity of lime to multiple points, automatically, through a PLC controlled operating system.

1. We add a precise quantity of water to a known quantity of lime to optimize the

chemical reaction.

2. More importantly, we can make precise adjustments to maintain the

optimum temperature to compensate for changes in lime and water characteristics.

The accuracy of the TEKKEM System is derived through the use of load cells

Slaking is done on a batch basis. The temperature probes tell us when the reaction has run to completion.
