We should take care of our teeth because they are so important. They help us with

eating and speaking. If we brush them twice a day, they will be healthy and strong. We

should drink milk and eat healthy food like fruit and vegetables. Dentists tell us not to

have fizzy drinks or too many sweets. They are very bad for our teeth. If you drink a

lot of fizzy drinks and eat too many sweets, you will get toothache and you may need

fillings.
