Set! Go! Back to School Announces School Supply Drop-Off Locations The Ready! Set! Go! Back to School Committee has already kicked off their 20 14 School Supply Giveaway for the 6 th Annual Ready! Set! Go! Back to School (RSG BTS) exposition, which was announced at their press conference in early June. With the school supply giveaway being up and running, they have the locations for those in the community to drop off school supplies. Their drop-off locations are WSAV, the bins on CAT Buses, Wal-Mart on 14030 Abercorn St., Holy Spirit Lutheran Church on 622 East 37 th Street and Jonesville Baptist Church on 5201 Montgomery Street. The top 5 school supply donations needed are: Composition books, notebook paper, rulers, index cards, highlighters. The times for you to drop off school supplies at these locations are: Holy Spirit Lutheran Church 10 a.m. till 3 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Jonesville Baptist Church Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m. till 5 p.m. RSG BTS is a collaboration among the IMA, the Savannah-Chatham County Public Schools, the City of Savannah, Chatham County, nonprofit organizations, businesses and churches. It provided assistance to over 3,000 children at the 2013 event. Fact sheets are available for more information on the expo. About IMA Back to School Established in 2008, IMA Back to School was a project and committee of the IMA. The IMA saw a need and began trying to fulfill it for the community. The event was to take place in the park but because of the scorching temperatures in Savannah, IMA made a request to the Mayor of Savannah. The City of Savannah started its partnership and then others joined in to make this a successful event. The first year we had over 3600 attendees and it has grown to having over 5,000 attendees with over 80 exhibitor booths and almost 300 dental and health checks. This is one of the largest family events in the city. ###

Ready! Set! Go! Back to School Announces School Supply Drop-Off Locations

The Ready! Set! Go! Back to School Committee has already kicked off their 20 14 School Supply Giveaway for
