We have acquired prime office space for our staff who are supported by effective guidance and training with the latest in It and office systems. Our website has been completely remodelled and we are determined to continue to elevate our business standards to grow the turnover of our business and set the standard for others to follow. REAm HistoryEstablished in 1993, as a Kuwaiti shareholding closed company, Real Estate Asset management (REAm) has developed a strong foundation of experienced Board members.

Driven by strength of leadership, sound business principles and ethical qualities, together with a high caliber and proactive management team the company has grown to become a market leader in Kuwait’s real estate sector. With two decades of practical experience both in Kuwait and United Arab Emirates; REAm has been extremely successful and highly profitable throughout challenging global and regional economic circumstances.

REAm has long been recognised for success and leadership in the commercial real estate services marketplace and has a number of highly regarded and distinguished clientele, setting the company apart from its competitors.

Currently REAm, on behalf of their clients, manage a portfolio of some 600 buildings ranging from highly sophisticated high rise towers, to commercial office complexes, shopping malls and retail outlets with internationally recognised and established brands, to multi let residential properties with over 6,500 individual tenants.
