    Pending Sales increased 8.6% to 2,079

    Inventory decreased 20.7% to 55,398

    For the month of August:

    Median Sales Price decreased 1.8% to $275,000

    Days on Market increased 13.0% to 86

    Percent of Original List Price Received decreased 0.8% to 92.9%
