IntroRealtimeBoard is a regular office whiteboard enhanced for a better online experience. There are five things that we like to point out about it:
Each board is endless, so you can add hundreds of files and objects without losing productivity. It's all about being able to see the big picture!Add all your documents, pictures, videos and work with all of them on a single board.It's available in your browser, and everything is stored online. You can access your data anytime, any-where.You can invite your entire team and collaborate in real time.Share your results with your colleagues, friends, clients and partners – create presentations, export as PDFs and images, embed onto your blogs and websites.

1. Choose the board privacyPublic boards are available to anyone who has a URL link to the board.Private boards can only be accessed by those, who have RealtimeBoard accounts, and arespecifically invited to particular boards.

Zoom and NavigationUse + to zoom in and – to zoom out. The board is endless, so you can put as many objects as you need and look at them in a convenient way.

You can use a mini map for navigation. The map appears when you hover your cursor over “+” or “-“ buttons in the left down corner of the screen. You can pin mini map to the board (if you want it to be visible all the time) or you can use it only when you need.
Hand and ArrowMove around the canvas with the hand and select objects when you'd like to move or edit themwith the arrow.

Brush toolPerfect tool for hand drawing. Choose the colors from the palette and play with the thickness tocreate drawings and mark up objects. Press "delete" or use gear icon to delete your drawings.

ShapesUse rectangles, circles, lines and arrows for your schemes and projects. You are also able tochange size, style and color of the shapes.

TextAdd text and format it.

Post-it NotesUse colorful post-it notes to write down your tasks and ideas. Change the size according to the importance of the note.

Comments Leave comments tagged with your name. Simply click the spot either on yourboard or object where you want to leave a comment, then make your first note.

LinksLinks help you build flexible mindmaps and schemes. You can move and resize linked objects without losing any of the connections.

Add FilesUse + button next to the toolbox to add files.

Upload files – upload file from your computer. The supported formats: jpeg, gif, pdf, png, doc, docx, xls, xslx, ppt, pptx, csv, OpenOffice.From URL – add pictures and videos from YouTube and Vimeo.Use Ctrl+V (Cmd+V) to paste the link.Capture web page – paste the URL to make an interactive screenshot of the page. You will be able to make title, scroll and update the page.

Presentations1. Open presentation tab2. Press the "Shot" button. It will create a slide with whatever it is your screen at the moment

1. To create a slide between the slides, click on the link between them and drag it2. Click button to watch presentation in full screen mode. Other users can watch it too.

Open Share menu and choose Embed. Set the starting point for visitors and enter the dimen-sions of the frame. Then simply copy and paste the HTML code to your website.

Authorize your Gmail account to quickly access friends' emails in RealtimeBoard. To use Google contacts, the app needs an access to them. Note, that RealtimeBoard will have no access to yourmail and no possibility to read it, so you should not worry about any information you have in your mail.
