ABOUT THE EVENTThe Spirit of NH Awards are held each year to recognize individuals, groups, nonprofits, businesses, and educational institutions that volunteer and promote volunteerism throughout the Granite State. At the awards ceremony, hundreds of people gather to honor those who have gone above and beyond the call to serve, and to be inspired by their stories.

SPOTLIGHT ON SERVICEThe Volunteer NH mission is not only to promote volunteerism andservice, but also to honor and thank those who do this important workwithin our communities. The Spirit of NH Awards event puts a spotlighton the otherwise unsung heroes among us, and shows just hownecessary volunteerism is for New Hampshire. The ceremony includes:

A diverse audience of over 800 people from all over NH. Individual recognition for each awardee with a brief description ofhis/her service activities. A chance to meet with other socially responsible businesses, as wellas individuals who believe in the importance of volunteerism. The opportunity to gain inspiration and ideas from other’s service!
