In our dealings with the SIMAC Construction team we have received timely and extremely useful information that allowed us as a developer to budget and manage the entitlement, design and construction process on a level we otherwise be unable to do prior to working with this team. At no time has there ever been a situation where the field team could not work out a suitable solution for schedule impacts even if those impacts would cut into their bottom line and or if they were outside of their control. From the project administrator level all the way up to the leaders at the top of the company, time and time again, the personnel at SIMAC Construction has stepped up to the plate not matter the cause and has brought our projects in under budget and before the designated opening date. One situation that comes to mind was a project we completed in Chino Hills, California. Due to unforeseen underground utility conditions it caused our projects critical path to come to a stop for well over 5 weeks. Once the issue was finally worked out, the SIMAC project team, headed up by Mr. Brian Charles, reworked the schedule which allowed our store to open not only on time but 3 weeks earlier than the designated opening date. This was truly a huge endeavor as the hold-up was caused by Caltrans, Verizon and Edison.
