Sponsorship proposal

Event OverviewThe Red Cat Jazz Festival Golf Classic will tee off on Friday, October 11th, at the Moody Gardens Golf Course. We are inviting golfers to play in honor of breast cancer awareness, or in celebration of a breast cancer survivor. Each person will be recognized at the tournament. A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit local Breast Cancer service organizations.

Event FormatThe Red Cat Jazz Festival Golf Classic is a one-day event, on Friday, October 11th, at Moody Gardens Golf Course. Red Cat Jazz Festival invites golfers of all levels and abilities to participate in this tournament.

MarketingRed Cat Jazz Festival will launch a marketing campaign for Red Cat Jazz Festival Golf Classic in the Houston Metro Area, as well as the Galveston communities.

ToolsThe Red Cat Jazz Festival website www.redcatjazz.com will highlight Red Cat Jazz Festival Golf Classic, with information about registering for the event, donating to the event and sponsoring the event.

Design collateral materials for the event, including but not limited to:Registration brochures, posters announcing the event distributed throughout the Houston Metro Area, Galveston communities send event updates and reminders via email-blasts.

Media RelationsRed Cat Jazz Festival is working through collaborative relationships with major media outlets in Houston and the Galveston communities, including but not limited to news channels, radio stations, newspapers and local magazines.

In addition to obtaining media coverage for Red Cat Jazz Festival Golf Classic, it is important to keep the education and awareness information about Breast Cancer at the forefront of our entire community. We will not only seek media for coverage of the event, but also coverage regarding the cause of the event “Breast Cancer Awareness”
