A team scramble format randomly pairs a celebrity captain with each amateur foursome.

Each golfer receives a gift bag of Super Bowl XLV merchandise from event sponsors along with a commemorative photo of their foursome and celebrity captain. A live and silent auction hosted by NFL Auction will offer NFL memorabilia and autographed keepsakes.

The entry fee is a donation to NFL Charities of either $1,500 per golfer or $6,000 per foursome. A portion of the entry fee may be tax deductible (participants should consult their tax advisors).
