• Originally developed by the Alzheimer Society
of BC, then adapted for Nova Scotia
• Designed for persons in the early stage of
dementia and their care partners
• Encompasses physical, mental and social
wellbeing
• It covers topics such as the overview of
dementia, hearing the diagnosis, maintaining
your health, life after diagnosis, future planning
and maintaining your spirit
