It has been contributing to industrialization and playing an important role in modernization of human society. There exists a tendency to destroy and break the coexistence between mankind and nature. R & D Center has been organized to develop a diversity of surfactants and support technical service in 1995. This continuous effort has brought us to meet with client customers, thereby we have come to one of opinionleaders, who plays an important role in this field.

We had focused on development textile auxiliaries and water treatment agents in the first stages. Based on the accumulated know-how, we got started to accelerate to develop up-to-date industrial purpose grades such as emulsifiers and dispersion agents and etc.

As human society has been facing some difficult situations in the 21st

century, what is more important is all about environment. It is an undeniable fact that civilization gave us well-to-do life, while it leaves us an environmental problem. 1. ILTOL CB is an outstanding hydrogen peroxide stabilizer in pretreatment of synthetic and natural

fibers and CPB since it has a broad pH range.

2. ILTOL CB improves bleaching effect since it is alkali-proof which resolves hydrogen peroxide

deliberately.

3. ILTOL CB improves washing after scouring and bleaching, so that it makes dyeing fast.

▣ APPLICATION ▣

Generally 5 ~ 10g/l is suitable, but it depends on the weight of each fiber.


ILTOL CB is non-silicic acid stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide which is used in cotton woven and CPB

pretreatment. It prevents silicic acid scales. Besides its alkali-proof stability is suitable for continuous

and CPB processes.

ILTOL CS-MC is a chelating agent which is stable in highly concentrated alkali. When it comes topolyester weight reduction, ILTOL CS-MC has the effect of prevention of dyeing spots occurred byattachment of oligomer. Besides it promotes to dye even when dispersing dyestuff and reactivedyestuff are used. As well as ILTOL CS-MC makes color more bright.


1. ILTOL CS-MC prevents the re-attachment of oligomers in the process of polyester weight

reduction.

2. ILTOL CS-MC makes polyester dye even since it prevents metallic ion in water. And it guarantees

color yield.

3. ILTOL CS-MC prevents re-attachment of thickener in the polyester desizing process.

4. ILTOL CS-MC has an excellent effect of removal of natural grease and impurities in the cotton

pretreatment. Besides it prevents pinholes in hydrogen peroxide bleaching.

5. ILTOL CS-MC improves fluorescence and whiteness.

6. ILTOL CS-MC has the effect of improvement of touch and washing in the cotton scouring.

ILFLAM RP31ILFLAM RP31(Permanent Flame Retardant for Synthetic Fibers)

▣ APPLICATION ▣

ILFLAM RP31 is applied by the pad thermo setting process. We recommend to apply 5 ∼ 10 %, sothat during the padding 150g/l of ILFLAM RP31 are used to achieve an application of 3.6%, forexample at a liquor pickup of 50%.

Subsequent drying (1 ∼ 2 min. at 120 ∼ 140℃) and thermo setting(1 ∼ 2 minutes at 190 ∼ 210℃with PES-textiles or at 160 ∼ 180℃ with PA-textiles) are necessary to achieve good wash resistance and to avoid a product-specific smell of the finished good. After washing results in a further increase of the wash resistance and improve the handle.

The optimal processing conditions need to be determined through preliminary laboratory test. Theapplication of a buffer (like disodiumphosphate or diammoniumphosphate) is recommended toincrease the pH-value up to approx. 5 ∼ 6.5(the aqueous solution of ILFLAM RP31 has a pH ofapprox. 2.0 ∼ 3.0)

▣ STORAGE▣

ILFLAM RP31 remains stable for at least 1 year when kept cool in a tightly closed container.

1. ILFLAM RP31 is suitable for the wash-proof flame retardant finishing of textiles made of syntheticfibers.

2. Its effect is based on the development of a protective gas atmosphere that extinguishes the flameimmediately.

3. Even after 50 wash cycles at 60℃, more than 90% of ILFLAM RP31 remains on the fiber.Furthermore, after 10 dry cleanings, more than 90% of ILFLAM RP31 is still on the fabric.

4. The handle and other properties of the finished textiles are not influenced due to the low applicationlevel of ILFLAM RP31.

5. As ILFLAM RP31 can cause changes of the colors, preliminary test before use is recommendable.6. The other special properties of ILFLAM RP31 are good thermal stability and low volatility.

▣ APPLICATION ▣

ILFLOC 01 is recommendable to be diluted 10 ~ 20% of crude liquid, but the optimized input, quantity

and the condition of mixing should be fixed in the field.

There are two traditional ways to use as follows;

(1) Firstly, pour ILFLOC 01 into wastewater for reaction, and then input cationic cohesive agent and

high molecular cohesive agent.

(2) After input cationic cohesive agent for reaction, and then ILFLOC 01 and flocculent.



▣ FEATURES ▣

ILFLOC 01 strongly condenses anionic suspension particles in wastewater. ILFLOC 01 forms insoluble substances by cohering with dissolved anionic soluble substances, and then condenses the substances.


1. ILFLOC 01 is a cationic decoloring agent which is highly effective to get Z decolorization within

the range of between pH 2 ~ 7.

2. ILFLOC 01 is easy to be handled.

▣ APPLICATION ▣

NS60 has been developed for discharge printing with stannous chloride on synthetic fibers.Also NS60 gives excellent results in direct printing on polyester, Nylon and Silk. NS60is available with different viscosities.

The choice of the appropriate brand is to be made according to the kind of cloth, design and theprinting equipment; for thin cloths or fine design, as with these products the design retains its contourbetter.

▣ SOLUBILITY▣

NS60 dissolves very easily in cold water. The use of a slowly dissolving mixer(ribbon-type) is recommend. Because the products are cold water especially soluble without any lumping. After a hydration time of at least one tour, the stock thickening is ready for use longer swelling times of up to3 ~ 4 hours improve the flow properties and homogeneity.

▣ COMPATIBILITY▣

NS60 are stable in the presence of salts commonly used in the textile printing industry, including stannous chloride. But this type products may coagulation in alkaline medium. Sorbitolcan prevent the effect up to pH 11. NS60 is definitely stable in the original packing, unopened, under dry conditions. As it contains preservatives, solution made at normal concentration remain stable.
