* Conclusion of a multi-center study of 900 patients over eight months.

PSF Refractor™ is five times more accurate than a traditionalphoropter* with prescriptions refined to 0.05 D. It is designed to achieve better than 20/20 vision.

The PSF Refractor has been shown to be faster and easier to use. Additionally, the refraction is easier for the patients.*

The PSF Refractor has the added benefit of providing a fully subjective nighttime refraction.

Designed for use on an adjustable keratometer arm.

PSF Integro™ encompasses all of

the features and benefits of the PSF Refractor but in a compact design – optimal for smaller exam rooms, tight spaces and pre-test areas.

The PSF Integro features a 20 foot effective viewing distance in a 2’x3’ space – without inducing accommodative response.

Perfectus™ incorporates the

PSF Integro and wavefront autorefraction. This unique combination can reduce refraction time and increase the visual acuity of the subjective endpoint.

Additionally, the Perfectus increases operational efficiency by eliminating the need to move the patient or transfer data between instruments.

Options to Meet Your Specific Requirements Vmax Vision has incorporated it’s revolutionary Point Spread Function (PSF) technology into multiple refraction devices to address a variety of practice needs. All models feature advanced PSF technology capabilities and practice benefits to quickly and easily obtain precise refraction results.

Utilizing Innovative Point Spread Function Principles – Measuring to a Higher Level of Sensitivity and Accuracy Vmax Vision proprietary PSF refraction devices enable practices to deliver measurably better patient vision. Patients can easily discern subtle differences in focus beyond what can be detected using phoropter and Snellen letters so final prescriptions can be refined down to 0.05 Diopters and 0.50 Degree increments – rather than 0.25 Diopters and 5 Degree increments with the phoropter. Patients not only see markedly better, many improve from 20/20 to 20/12.*

Faster Refractions – Easier to Learn and Operate The Vmax Vision proprietary program minimizes refraction time by reducing refraction steps by as much as 50%. Easy operations and an internal script reduces training time on all Vmax Vision refractors to just a couple days. Most practices master PSF refractions in a just few weeks.** Additional operation and patient benefits include: • Reduced chair time• Delegation*** with confidence• Demonstrable improvement in patient visual acuity

Patients value a fast, comfortable, less stressful testing experience. Specially designed protocols can further reduce refraction times for challenging cases.

The First Subjective Night Vision SolutionIndividuals complaining of night driving problems commonly experience a measurable change in pupil size from day to night. Pupil dilatation can range from 4 mm during daylight to as much as 8-9 mm at night. This change is difficult to measure subjectively with the phoropter. However, all Vmax Vision refractors allow for a subjective exam in nighttime conditions, utilizing the patient’s natural nighttime pupil size. This is the first true subjective solution to night vision challenges. The result is improved patient vision with a unique nighttime vision prescription and an additional pair of corrective lenses.

Delivering Exceptional Vision with Personalized LensesWhen the prescription obtained by Vmax Vision refractors is applied to Encepsion™ Lenses, your patients can expect to experience amazing clarity, improved contrast sensitivity, and reduced glare at all light levels and conditions.

High-definition Encepsion Progressive Addition Lenses (PALs) and Single Vision(SV) lenses incorporates the latest in digital, free-form technology to achieve power increments of 0.01 D. All Encepsion Lenses are generated using Diamond Point™ cutting software that modifies the lens design parameters to accommodate the size and shape of virtually any frame. This capability coupled with the variety of material options ensures that your patients will benefit from experiencing the most personalized lenses available today.

* Based on patients without medical or cognitive disabilities. ** Average training time. Actual training time may vary. *** As allowed by professional code of standards.

Night Vision Correction results are maximized when applied to the Encepsion™ Lens.

FASTER. MORE ACCURATE. INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS.
