Our Board StructureRefresco Gerber has a two-tier board structure. It is managed on a day-to-day basis by the Executive Board, which is supervised and advised by the Supervisory Board. Both boards meet on a regular basis.
Executive BoardHans Roelofs (1963) is the CEO of Refresco Gerber, he joined the company in March 2007 and in the years that followed drove rapid growth with seven successive acquisitions. Hans is Dutch and lives in the Netherlands.
Aart Duijzer (1963) is the CFO of Refresco Gerber and one of the founders of former Refresco. Aart, a Chartered Accountant, was appointed as CFO in December 2000. Aart is Dutch and lives in the Netherlands.
