SCOPE OF WORK: Requirement - Extreme erosion and impact resistance required. Manufacturing of flingers, surface protection through Plasma Transferred Arc (PTA) cladding in the high wear areas. Flinger completed in the as-cladded condition.

SCOPE OF WORK: Requirement - Extreme erosion and impact resistance required. Pre-machine the wearing edges of the scraper block as preparation method. PTA clad the wearing edges. Component delivered in the as-welded condition.

A (Bridle rolls): Requirement - Erosion resistance and surface profile for traction. Completed HVOF spray with Tungsten Carbide Cobalt Chrome coating on body, in the as-sprayed condition.B (Pot roll): Requirement - High temperature corrosion resistance & hardness stability. PTA weld the journals with Stellite 6 (up to 4mm thick), followed by final grinding of journals.C (Process roll): Requirement - Wear resistance, perfect surface finish. Pre-grind to remove previous damage. Coat with Tungsten Carbide Cobalt Chrome coating on body followed by final grinding and superfinishing to a mirror finish.

SCOPE OF WORK: Requirement - Seal friendly, erosion/abrasion and marine corrosion protection required. Pre-grind outer diameter to remove previous damage and/or chrome plated coating (A). HVOF thermal spray (B) with Chrome Carbide Nickel Chrome coating. Final grinding and superfinishing to customer surface finish requirements.

SCOPE OF WORK: Requirement - High temperature resistant and good erosion/anti-galling resistance. Pre-grind the cone (B) and spindle area concentric to each other undersize to prepare for coating. HVOF thermal spray with Chrome Carbide Nickel Chrome coating on A. Component is finished through final grinding and superfinishing to the surface requirements of the client.

SCOPE OF WORK: Requirements - Dimensional restoration of complete crank shaft with bearing friendly material.Thermal spray repair: Pre-grind all journals as preparation for coating. Plasma spray with Molybdenum coating. Final grind and superfinish to the correct surface finish and re-polish all radii. Weld repair: NDT to ensure material integrity (3rd party). Laser clad journals. Final grind and superfinishes to the correct surface finish and re-polish all radii.

SCOPE OF WORK: Requirements - Extreme erosion resistance.HVOF thermal spray complete blade (leading/trailing edge, end faces and side faces) except the mounting spigot with Nano-base steel. Components delivered in the as-sprayed condition.

SCOPE OF WORK: Requirements - Dimensional restoration of bearing locating internal diameters. Pre-machine the damaged bearing diameter to remove damage. Electric Arc spray theinternal diameters using an internal spray head extension to restore the dimensions using a Nickel Aluminium coating. Final machine the land to specification.

SCOPE OF WORK: Requirements - Water droplet erosion resistance. HVOF thermal spray with Chrome Carbide Nickel Chrome coating on the blades. Components delivered in as-sprayed condition.

SCOPE OF WORK: Restoration of bearing lands for use in white metal bearings. Pre-grind the bearing lands until damage is removed. NDT the shaft to check for surface defects. HVOF thermal spray with Tungsten Carbide Cobalt Chrome coating. Final grind bearing lands & Probe tracks. Burnish probe tracks and record electrical and mechanical run-out. Prior to applying HVOF, coat the land with Nickel alloy. Pre-grind the sprayed land for preparation for HVOF coating.

SCOPE OF WORK: Requirements- Total refurbishment of sluice gate bearing. Manufacture new rollers. Supply new double lip seals and vesconite thrust pads. Pre-machine the bearing shaft outer diameter and the Wheel internal diameter. Manufacture sleeves for the shaft, the wheel and the eccentric ring and weld with 410 Stainless Steel. Shrink fit the sleeves and final machine the welded areas. Pre-grind the small end of the shaft (adjustment end). NDT the shaft to check for surface defects. Grit blast to a Sa3 Standard. HVOF thermal spray with Chrome Carbide Nickel Chrome coating. Final grind land to required dimension and tolerance. Assemble the complete bearing assembly.

SCOPE OF WORK: Requirements - Restoration of seal and bearing land - Seal, wear resistance, bearing land, dimensional restoration. Pre-grind the bearing and seal land until damage is removed. Coat the seal land with Chrome Carbide Nickel Chrome. Coat the bearing land with Nickel Chrome Aluminium. Final grind the sprayed land to the required dimension and tolerance. Coat the seal land with Aluminium bronze build-up layer and pre-grind prior to applying the HVOF coating.

SCOPE OF WORK: Requirements - Electrical insulation or wear resistance. Pre-machine the bearing lands. Coat the bearing lands with 99% Aluminium Oxide for electrical insulation. Final grind the land to the required size and tolerance. If electrical insulation is not required, coat land with Nickel Chrome Aluminium. Seal land coated with Chrome Carbide Nickel Chrome. Coupling lands coated with Nickel Chrome Aluminium.

SCOPE OF WORK: Requirements - Dimensional restoration of main locating lands. Split the boxes. Test the fitment between the half joint faces using engineering blue. Scrape the faces if required. Ream the dowel pin holes and supply new dowel pins if needed. Assemble the box and pre-machine the locating diameters. Coat the locating diameters with Nickel Chrome coating up to 3mm thick in some cases. Final machine the sprayed land to the required dimension and tolerance. Coating is applied with boxes split to prevent bridging of the coating.

SCOPE OF WORK: Requirements - Dimensional restoration, antigalling resistance, low coefficient of friction, wear resistance, corrosion resistance. Complete visual, dimensional and geometrical inspection. Pre-grind the damaged journal until damage is removed. NDT the shaft to check for surface defects. Coat the impeller locating journals and bearing journals with Chrome Carbide Nickel Chrome. Coat the coupling journal with Nickel Chrome Aluminium. Final grind the complete shaft to the required dimension and tolerance. Grind the probe tracks. Burnish the probe tracks. Record the mechanical and electrical run-out. Final grind the thrust collar faces to the required dimension and surface finish.

SCOPE OF WORK: Requirement – High temperature, corrosion, oxidation and wear resistance. Removal of previous damage and/or coating. Complete refurbishment and build-up of seat faces with Stellite 6 PTA cladding. Plasma spray coating of internal diameter of valves. Arc spray & HVOF coating build-up of shafts. Manufacturing of rings and bushes from internationally sourced material. Complete assembly and corrosion protection of outer body of valve through client specific paint.
